  : Check-in and check-out were relatively easy. The location of the hotel was good enough for a location that's not downtown. Parking was plentiful. The included breakfast met our needs. There are some good restaurants nearby.
  : The overall appearance of the room was poor. There were poorly patched holes in the walls that were painted over with paint that didn't match. Previously used anchors in the walls that had not been removed or covered over. There was a sharp metal piece in the shower that likely held a soap dispenser at some point. The bathroom floor was stained from the rusty shower chair. There were holes in the wall. The floors were sticky and felt unclean. There's no natural light in the room (the only way this was possible would be to open the curtains to the hallway and expose the room to all guests passing by). This hotel was obviously a motel at some point, but the outdoor hallways to the rooms were enclosed. I'd rate this more as a two-star establishment.

  : It was a clean, affordable, family friendly hotel. We stayed here during UM Graduation weekend. The breakfast and coffee were delicious!! It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi too. You need a car or need to take an Uber to get closer to campus. It is close but kind of far to walk to campus or graduation.

  : The location is very easy to get to. The staff was friendly. We expected it to be a mediocre stay and got exactly what we expected. No more, no less.
  : Our room was not as clean as it should have been. I found old key cards on shelves and had to pick a few pieces of garbage off of the floor when we entered the room. Also the air conditioning in our room did not work.
