  : the staff spoke hardly any English was very uncomfortable as a female solo traveller and difficult to even understand when asking where the bus station was there were no sheets on the bed and the bed super hard and uncomfortable the aircon was to cold with it on to hot with it off the breakfast was awful and no staff around to describe any of it or any cups for coffee the water pressure was zero and was to hot and could not make cold

  : The cleaning ladies were attentive, polite and very hard-working; perhaps overworked. Breakfast was traditional Turkish, healthy, fresh and enjoyable. Central location with plenty of amenities nearby; including good coffee shops and safe streets.
  : The way I was spoken to when I first arrived! The desk staff snapped their fingers and repeatedly and aggressively said 'Hey! Lady!' 'Hey Lady!' This was after they had initially used my actual name as I arrived at the desk as well as noting my title. I was treated as though I were a stranger on the street causing an inconvenience and not a hotel guest. I was required to pay upfront for my hotel - which I thought I had paid on credit card before arrival; and so was fumbling in my bag - after a very long journey. The impatience and disrespect shown to me made me feel vulnerable, frankly. I was then told that I would be moved to another room after I had completed my transaction so did not unpack my things until 3 days later when it transpired that I would not be moved to another room. My shower did not work properly (low pressure and lime-scale prevented the even flow of water through the shower head), wardrobe had finger marks all over it suggesting that touch-points hadn't been cleaned either. Room stank of smoke, such that the person showing me to my room actually opened the window. This happened several nights in a row; and this was an issue, as I do not smoke and smoking in the room was banned. Wifi signal was not obtainable at one end of the building - my end (adjacent to the lift). Landing lights were on a motion sensor and didn't stay on long enough to allow you to navigate the stairs. I'm quick and fit so I can't image anyone else having any easy time. There is a lift but it is tiny. There was rubbish in it on the first night of my arrival. I suspect that I may have been charged for water I did not use from the minibar.

  : The location is super ideal - Mall is like 2 mins away, the bazaar is only 10 minutes away, everything can be easily accessed from the location.
  : The rooms are really small and the site advertises that they have a sauna, in my 6 days worth of stay not a single day the sauna worked. they also tried to charge me extra money just because I cleaned some spilled juice on the floor which was a slip hazard for my daughter

  : Room was very big and had extra single bed and few minutes walk from mall Markantalya and trams.
  : Shower drainage had mould and breakfast was horrible. Scramble eggs tasted like water.

  : Locatie was very good ( in the center), also 100 m from Mark Antalya, beside the tram stop, also you can walk to the old city of Antalya 700-800 meters, there is also bus stops on the highway.
