  : The staff are the most rude and appreciative stuff that we've come across in any hotelWhen checking in they just ignore you. You ask if it's possible to have food in the restaurant it is full next morning down for breakfast. Italian two waiters are sat there having a coffee clearly. Do not want to deal with you and start talking Italian behind your back unfortunately for them, I understand Italian, so I had an argument with them because they were rude , and they would not shut up after they realised that I spoke ItalianUpon check out, the woman just wanted us to leave as fast as possible. Not a thank you not a goodbye. Nothing one of the worst places I've stayed at and I stay in hotels every week around the planet.
  : Definitely not the staff we don't know about the property. We were never told about the pool. We were never told about anything upon arrival. There was a bar but at no point in time is there any possibility of ordering anything from it?

  : the lady at reception (maybe owner?) was amazing. she made everything possible and with no fuss at all. she was really helpful with every request.the sauna and pool were also great after a day out.
  : the restaurant was so so, and the morning waiters were strict (eg the restaurant is facing the beautiful mountain, but they insisted on seating us at the back of the restaurant due to our number, instead off allowing us to enjoy the view and scenery).

  : fantastic location, beautiful setting, weel equipped rooms.
  : staff has to be trained in what real hospitality means. here the hotel can make a huge improvement. its about friendliness, giving a guest the real feeling that he is welcome. that was what is missing here

  : The woman in reception, the view and the rooms with lovely interior and balcony
  : The service of the breakfast personnel (eg we were told there would be savoury breakfast during check in and the men laughed at us when we asked for it, they could not make omelettes only scrambled, I had an insect in my scrambled egg and we could not comuncate around it, e.g they could have asked the woman in reception for support to answer our questions if they dont know English)

  : Our visit was really a pleasant surprise. The room was big with a great view to the alps. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good and kitchen will prepare omelets and pancakes etc. We will come to place again.
