  : From outside very modern hotel. Parking on site (but for 12 Euros extra). Wifi was free.
  : Although basically clean, carpet and tiles were outworn or broken. Water tap in the shower was difficult to move.

  : The lady at the reception, was nice and polite when we arrived, she was not at the desk anymore when we wanted to explain why we were leaving and not sleeping there. ---- no english spoken only french...
  : I booked the Appart'City Classic Antibes on the same day due to being on the road for many hours and needing a place to rest for the night. When looking on the Booking.com app I didn't realise the place had this many bad reviews but I usually trust anything that is on your website or app, being a long time customer. Upon arriving at the place, I immediately noticed that the hotel needed maintenance, however in the reception hall you were greeted by the staff and I did not think much of it initially. I checked in and started walking to my room. Immediately in the hall towards the elevators I started smelling a terrible smell of humidity, dirt and lack of air ventilation. It was so strong that I literally had to run towards the room to avoid being long in the hallway. Upon entering the room the smell not only did not improve but the situation was clear that the place was absolutely abandoned. The state in which we found the place was horrible, I am attaching pictures to explain the situation although I feel like those don't make justice to the whole experience - especially because in pictures the SMELL CANNOT BE SHOWN! I am extremely disappointed at Booking.com for keeping this place in their website without even doing a quality check or making sure that the hotel keeps the quality as stated in their pictures. I called immediately your customer service who very nicely apologizes for the situation, tried to call the hotel (the staff did not speak english) and recommended me to find a different place seen that I was so shocked I did not want to touch ANYTHING at that point that was in that room, forget about sleeping there. I left and did not sleep in this place, too filthy. Still waiting on a refund....
