  : Impersonal service. Reception staff false and unfriendly (with one isolated exception). Room very average for the price. Upgraded for a street view that they should be ashamed of. Hardly 4 star view! No reduction for beds at the private beach. 40 euros for the day. 30 on the sand.

  : Pay for private beach 25 euros each person each day , it felt very residential Restaurant staff rude , we didnt get room like you showed on booking . Com ?it was v small and no court yard garden as promised , also wanted 20 euro each for breakfast and wasnt served in nice beach restaurants in sun on road which was v busy

  : Misrepresentation of the position of the hotel with photographs portraying it as beach front when you must cross a main road to access the beach. Misrepresenting the Royal Apartment with photographs portraying it as acceptable for 4 adults when the second bedroom was suitable for children only. They did move us to an alternative Royal apartment which did have suitable bedrooms but the shower for one was on the opposite side of the apartment and the other didnt have a toilet. We informed reception that the lights on the upper floor for use of the hot tub were inoperative, no attempt was made to rectify the problem during our while stay, a distinct lack of interest from reception staff, VERY DISAPPOINTING! After this experience we has a problem with the shower so decided to repair it ourselves. Bathroom door lock faulty which locked a member of our party in the bathroom on two occasions, we managed to open it externally with the use of a kitchen knife, again we thought from our experience it was pointless to report it. This hotel could be so much better!
