  : Location, fairly OK equipped.
  : Avoid in circles!!! Dont know who writes these other positive reviews, but we have been extremly dissatisfied. My family has been coming to Rab for decades and we have never experienced something like this. The owner-lady was extremely unfriendly, treating us like criminals, knocking on doors and ringing at 8 in the morning, barging into the apartment, totally disregardarding our privacy, claiming that we have people staying over (which was completely untrue). When she couldnt find anything she started insulting us for using the AC unit in the night (it was above 30*C that night), for having the curtains open and having the toilet window open and using the gas stove... we paid 107 for each day!!!!?!!? Apart from our personal experience: the location is great and the apartment is fairly well equipped, with room for 3. Negatives: the bathroom is way to small, no place to leave the thrash (you will have to improvise) and the parking is nowhere near the apartment. + expect to pay upfront, whole price, only cash, God forbid you do anything the owner doesnt like Also talked to other local people and the tourist board about this and they were appalled and ashamed in regard to the whole issue.
