  : Execellent service. We came late (22.00), it appeared that our car was too high to enter the hotel garage, nearby restaurants were just about to close, and Michael (night receptionist) helped us with all this quickly and efficiently. He went well beyond his duties! Other people at the reception desk were king and helpful as well The central location of the hotel is very convenient: right at the seaside, very close to the main pier for the ferries, the center, restaurants and so on.
  : Hotel garage could be higher (it is till 180 cm). Beds are not comfortable enough. And there was one exception within the overally high quality od the service: the night receptionist on the evening 3.05. When we came back, she was very involved in exchange in the bar, did no come to the reception until I started to make noise using several room kees just left carelessly on the desk (!), and finally did not give us a satisfying answer concerning our problem about coming departure (we got this information easily in the morning). Generally, she was unfriendly and seemed incompetent.

  : Breakfast was good and enough, simpler assortment but fresh and variety also delivered, some food is available upon order. The staff / personnel was polite, supportive and friendly, setting up good atmosphere. When I am next time in Arcachon, I likely will come back.
