  : Location very near to the beach.Kitchenette and washing machine. Room rather large.One Lady working there was very nice and welcoming. She also gave us the secure parking spot within the property (there is only one available).Little Italien breakfast (pastry and Coffee) in the Restaurant right at the beach.
  : Communication via Mail was very slow and Not very friendly. I asked a few days prior about the parking Situation and it took days until they replied. Also they replied that there is only Public parking No parking from the Hotel but then the nice Lady gave us the secure Hotel parking space without us even asking.I wouldn't Park my Car at the Public parking spots near the Hotel. The Lady said that there are some strange people arround and there was broken Glass from a Car Window on the ground. I asked If early Check in was available and they said yes. When we arrived exactly at the agreed time there was Nobody there. After we waited and i texted and called, the nice Lady was showing Up to Check us in after some time. It seemed that Nobody told her we were coming. Loud noises in the night.Our Apartment had the stairs to the rooftop right in front of our window and on our balconyareaCheck Out rather early (9:30 am).
