  : The room was reasonably spacious for a budget hotel and the bathroom had a very good shower. We weren't charged for parking and the free wifi is very fast.
  : When I arrived on Friday night I asked if I could have a glass of milk to take to my room to make tea, and the staff were more than happy to oblige. For the whole weekend, my parents and I were occasionally provided with a complimentary glass of milk every now and then from the staff at reception and everything has been fine, indeed they were all very friendly and helpful. However on Monday morning I was informed by the "manager" that it was not possible to get a glass of milk. He did not say that there would be a charge, he simply said that it is impossible to provide any milk. This is clearly not true, as his colleagues had been able to provide a glass of milk with no problem at all, so he was obviously just being difficult. Anyway, as I wasn't happy about this I asked him for his name so that I could make a complaint in writing, but he refused. I therefore had to take a photo of him, as there would otherwise be no way of identifying him. This "manager" then proceeded to come round the counter, he grabbed and twisted my arm and in a very aggressive and intimidating way told me I had to delete the picture. I told him to let go of me, that he was assaulting me, and that if he was that unhappy he was welcome to call the police instead. He did not call the police but he did hurt my arm, fortunately I was able to get away and return to my room. I was leaving the next day and didn't want to go through the hassle of getting the police involved. I would not stay again for as long as he works there, which is unfortunate because all other staff were exceptionally polite and friendly.

  : Thanks to the manager who intervened about the Major problem we had.The cleaners ( a male) at about 9:30am did not knock the room door number 108 were there was my wife little baby girls 2 month old and my son Rayane 8 years old. He entered the room without permission or knocking luckily my wife was still in her bed and my son was up and saw this stranger male opening the hotel door.I was in the second room 106 as I booked to hotel rooms.I reported it to the hotel manager who apologised to us.

  : It is not near any metro station. Lost lot of time in commute due to heavy traffic to cover last mile from metro to hotel via Uber

  : Staff were kind. I paid extra for me to change into a bigger room.The location is so close to main road, restaurants and supermarket. I miss the fruits I had in France
