  : The apt was very spacious and functional, well exposed. The location was great, easy access to carpark and to the apt from the carpark. The kitchen was also well equipped. Aircon was a saver! Easy access to central Washington DC and to Georgetown The ENVITAE team very responsive by email. Thanks to the ENVITAE team for sorting out the coffee machine :-)!
  : The reception staff were extremely unfriendly and not supportive. The pool is only outdoor and was not opened as yet despite the stunning weather. The access to the outdoor backyard/terrasse was also restricted because there was no lifeguard... but the pool was closed??? Internet access was limited to a certain number of users!

  : The property is not executive, it's old, the walls and furniture were poor presented. The marketers advised it was 'not a hotel' and that is not what I booked but the value for the description did not meet the anything executive at all. The need for detail and more comfort and better presentation of an executive apartment would be better. The previous reviews are totally questionable and I should have guessed this when reserving. Total waste of money and no response to my comments from the host - I am surprised Booking stand for this.

  : The view was wonderful, and the location was great. I also loved the off street parking. I would recommend this property.
  : The cable was difficult to get working, but we figured it out. It would be nice touch if there were written directions on coffee table. It would also be nice touch if there were directions to the train, and list of local restaurants near.

  : The apartment is well designed and comfy.It is close to the metro and bus lines and you can reach easily any place in DC. We stayedthere for a conference at the convention center and had only a 30 minutes trip to get there.Two nice supermarkets are located next to the venue and there offer a large choice of supplies and close late at night, which was very convenient for us.The staff of the building is very nice.
  : Even if our stay was very nice, there were somepoints that could be improved.The keys were missing when we arrived at 10pm.It was a very stressful experience until someonebring them to us one hour later.There were garbage on the terrace (a mosquito door screen laying on the ground and another screen was teared off) as well as holesin the curtains (some pieces were missing), which was a problem since the sun rises very early in the morning. Those issues were only fixed after we mentioned them and severaldays after our arrival. You pay more than 120$as a fee for housekeeping and such you should not encounter those issues.There is no interphone in the apartment and no way to remotely open the door of the building.You have to go down from the 14th floor to thelobby to receive what you ordered.

  : The blinds were broken. The afternoon heat was oppressive and the A/C couldn't handle it. The bathroom was dirty: hair in the shower. I responded to the advert but found myself paying over $300 more.
