: The castle is magnificent with wonderful views of the lake and beautiful gardens to stroll around. Comfortable accommodation and very quiet. Very up market hotel and competitively priced.
: It wasn't quite ready for opening. The first day breakfast was served in the restaurant. Tea plate with very small serving. One meal was missed, and when it came, totally different bacon and mushrooms to the others. Only one small slice of toast per person. They could improve on portion sizes.

: The pool was closed on several days when the weather would allow and open on days when the weather was poor The two restaurants had a menu for someone staying 3 or4 days. We were there 13 days??????
