  : The electricity failed over two days and no hot water for a shower or power for WiFi, Staff appeared incapable of solving the problem. We left and found another hotel I would hope we get our money back !

  : Unfortunately the check in was very poor. The check in was 5pm, we sat outside the locked hotel until 6pm in the rain unable to contact anyone to help us. A sign on the door told us to go the restaurant nearby for assistance if the hotel was unattended. Unfortunately the restaurant was also locked and did not open until 7pm so this was not helpful. When a staff member finally showed up to open the hotel she replied that she had another job and this was her excuse for being late. I found it very strange that we were the only occupant of the hotel and she left as soon as she checked us in.

  : HOST VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.BREAKFAST EXCELLENT DOUBLE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY THE BED!
  : STAIRS UP TO BEDROOMS WERE PROBLEMATIC FOR SOMEONE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS. HANDRAILS REQUIRED ESP ON RIGHT SIDE GOING UP. CARE NEEDED IN DESCENDING, STAIR LIGHTING COULD BE IMPROVED.ENTRANCE TO PARKING

  : The location was good, the room was spacious. The host/manager was friendly and helpful.
  : The key card holder, which controls the electricity supplied to the room, was broken and taped to the wall as a temporary fix, which proved temperamental, meaning often our lights cut out.There was some dirt and bits of broken glass under one of the sofas and the furniture was fairly dated.I would say the room was quite expensive for what it was.
