  : a receptionist lady her name was Cris!
  : I hated the staff!! There's this one man his name is Joaquin he behaves like he's got mental issues!! I was travelling with my daughter who happens to have a cousin 2 streets away. One night we decided to take the cousin of 10y/o back to the hotel so they could play roblox for a while. There was a drunk guy trying to come in after us and the guy from the reception JOAQUIN got pissed off at us. I did explain I didn't know the drunk but then he demanded to see my DNI which (as a dutch citizen) I don't have and told me he would make calls in 5 minutes!! I don't know who he was calling and I was with 8 and 10 year old girls, so I just showed him my dutch drivers licence to him that I wasn't an illegal immigrant. He was denigrating, racists and screaming at me!!!! Very aggressive and completely mad!! The girls where crying and so I wanted to check out the next day. The manager who is verbally very weak by the way, told me I couldnt get my money back for the days I wasn't going to spend there.... and removed herself from our conversation as she got lost for words...... Mind you she didn't even contacted me to speak about the incident. She prefered to play hide and seek. It was me that approached her. Then she decided I could get half my money back?!!! Another recepcionist her name is Cris and is the ONLY ONE that basically knows how to do her job offered me to move to an appartment they also manage. I had to pay extra in full but decided it was best as we didn't want to see JOAQUINS face again. Cris is getting that 1 star all for her because the hotel is not clean, they don't clean daily and has no internet whatsoever. I did complain from day 1 but no one did anything with it. The manager is a joke and joaquin that still works there is an aggresive frustrated old man. Don't go there, there's better places around.

  : Hostal San Gines was clean and comfortable and great value for money.
  : I was sharing a bathroom and unfortunately guests sharing did not clean up and let the floor really dirty which was a shame as the cleanliness everywhere else was exceptional.

  : Room was not clean, looked like somebody used the room before us, one of the towels was used, bed was used and there was a empty can of beer in the room
