  : The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Large bathroom.
  : This hotel is marketed as a boutique spa hotel. We were pretty disappointed in it as it felt a bit generic and too much like a chain hotel. There wasnt really anything particularly nice or interesting about it, it was just very basic, and to be honest Id expect much more for the price. For example, there was shampoo in the room but no conditioner.The pools and gardens were nice, but felt a little old and could do with updating. We didnt use the pools as the garden was a bit of a mosquito pit. No sign of anything to do with a spa and when we asked about massages it seemed a bit problematic - they did eventually offer us some but they were very expensive and its an externalcompany who come in to give them. We gave it a miss. It was a shame as we chose this hotel based on wanting a bit of luxury having recently had a baby. Id thought that the breakfast was included but its an extra 20 pp, which seems steep. Especially when youre already paying nearly 200 a night for the basic room. All in all we felt that there were much more interesting and better value places to stay in Arta.

  : We had a lovely room and the food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The gardens beautiful and a lovely ambience.
  : The tv didn't work, the blind was broken and the telephone didn't work. This was reported straight away. The young gentleman asked regarding the tv if we could wait until tomorrow, we were only staying 2 days. The phone was just taken out and not replaced. The tiny bedside tables had an enormous lamp on them so consequently I spilled a drink. The staff were pleasant but not effective. The one pool you could actually get in was like a bird bath expressed by another lady staying which was almost true. Probably wouldn't go back.

  : room was a bit dark and dreary. a bit musty. We had to close up to mosquitos and have the a/c on all night- which is not preferable for me. there are nicer rooms to the one that we had that could have let in more light and air.

  : Lovely traditional house with a garden. Located in the old town and yet with a parking possibility (reserve in advance). Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Our superior room was rather dark and more basic than superior, but yet cozy. Extra comfortable bed with the best pillows during our whole trip.
  : The wifi signal in our upper floor room was very week/non existent. We also had respective problems with the TV signal. If you feel uneasy in elevators, I would advice you to take the stairs. The hotel's ancient elevator may be a bit frightening experience.
