Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for AED 50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for AED 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of AED 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
All adults above 18 years of age must be able to present a valid ID upon check-in.

Please note that usage of Shisha and barbeque are prohibited at the hotel.

Children's Policy:
Maximum of Two (2) Children below the age of 12 years can share the accommodation with their parents using existing bed free of charge without Extra Bed. If Extra Bed is required for the children below the age 12 years, Extra Bed Charges will be applied. Children Age over 12 Years, Adult Charges Apply. No Mattresses will be applied.

Room Occupant Policy:
Maximum occupancy of all room types are for (2) adults & (2) children below (12) years of age free of charge as per parents meal plan or maximum adults of (3) persons above (12) years (with Extra Bed Charges).Only One Extra Bed (Chargeable) Allowed in all Room Types.
