Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children from 1 year old to 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for AED 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the swimming pool is for kids only.

For half board packages, all extra number of people has additional charges as per the property's regular halfboard prices. children from 4 years old and below are free of charge, while children from 5 years until 12 years old will be charged 50% of the regular half board price.

Per UAE law, guests are required to present a valid Emirates ID or a valid passport upon check-in.
