  : Not a whole lot was within walking distance to some things
  : How rude and demanding they were when it had to do with payment. And i was over charged almosr $250 more than my booking reservation was for when questioned about it i was told "thats the way we do things it doesnt matter what booking.com said its our decision in the end. Which i know is complete bullshit since im employed by one of the biggest hotel chains in the world.

  : The HVAC in the room worked really well. The shower was fantastic. The bed was super firm (which I enjoyed, although my husband didn't). Other than the eggs, the breakfast was good.
  : The eggs were swimming in water. I know they're powdered, but effort could be made to make them palatable. The covers on the bed were too thin to keep me warm (at the temperature my husband requires to sleep). The FDA almost didn't let us check in because he insisted I was local - it wasn't until I insisted that Charlotte is over two hours from Asheville, so there's no way we could be local, that he looked again and realized he had just entered our street address and there's another street address much closer than ours actually is. It was just super frustrating while trying to check in late at night to deal with that.
