  : Driveway was horrible even though they posted a video and gave a written explanation of how steep and how low it was, it was worse than advertised and I damaged my car trying to maneuver a turn.Management is HORRIBLE, UNACCOMMODATING, ARGUMENTATIVE, AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT ISSUES WE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION. We could only stay one night due to unacceptable conditions. The home smelled like rodent urine to the point we could not breathe. The smell was most prominent downstairs but quickly spread upstairs as well. We heard some sort vermin in the walls moving at night. I was awakened at 3 am by the noises of vermin scratching, chewing and moving in the internal walls.I booked the Magnolia Mountain House Asheville through Booking.com and contracted through Redawning.com for June 18 - June 21.On Thursday, June 18th, we arrived at the Magnolia Mountain House in the early evening. The house seemed nice and had a wonderful view. My husband has stage IV Cancer and this trip was on his bucket list. We travelled with my sister and my daughter. My sister's family was to arrive on Friday afternoon. We were very excited about staying at this house and this trip.Upon entering upstairs, we noticed a stench in the home (urine?). We immediately opened the doors and windows, then went outside on the deck to take in the view. When we went back in, the stench was much stronger and toxic downstairs. It smelled like some horrible type of animal urine saturation and/or infestation to us. We opened all the doors and windows to "air it out" and sat outside to eat.My husband, daughter and I went to bed early and slept upstairs. At 3 a.m. I was awakened to loud noises, chewing and scratching in the walls of the master bedroom. I immediately sent management an email and noted the rodents in the wall, rodent droppings (near the washer and dryer that I swept up), and the strong odor, especially downstairs where my sister was sleeping.
