  : Extremely noisy, doors banging and creaking and shouting and loud phone calls from other rooms until the early hours. Fittings were dirty, especially the curtains. Bedclothes did not appear to have been washed. I put a poor rating for staff because I didn't see anyone throughout my visit.

  : Sheets were ripped and not by me. Bedding and pillows smelled awful. Room was dirty behind beds when we plugged in phone charger. Road noise was horrific.No breakfast in the bed and breakfast and no staff seen at all.

  : Short walk into town
  : I had planned to book another hotel but it advised that parking in town would cost £12 for 24 hours so I decided on this one as it advertised free parking. What it didn’t say was that there is only space for 2 cars in a yard and most guests will have to park on street or in the council car park. Being in the town centre the on-street parking is for permit-holders from 8am to 10pm. I left before 8am so have no idea about breakfast. Didn’t see any staff but this was expected as I had been texted a code for a key box. When I arrived the key box was open so I didn’t use the code, but literally anyone could have walked in and taken my keys. Both the front door lock and bedroom door lock were stiff and the keys did not turn easily. Room was a bit shabby with damaged furniture and very cold. The duvet was really thin. For £70 the room was over-priced especially with a brand new Hampton and a brand new Travelodge both offering cheaper rates. Will book one of those next time and pay for a car park.
