  : The pillows! The room had been recently updated. It had a coffee pot complimentary coffee microwave and fridge. A flat screen tv on the wall. The pool was super clean, and though we only sat poolside, it was nice. The staff were very nice and friendly as well as helpful. I needed a shower chair for my wife and they got one in fast speed time!
  : The room was a disabled room and likely hadn't been cleaned recently. Grit on the floor and a used empty food packet left in the side table drawer. There was a burn hole in the blanket supposedly a non smoking room. The bed slip was ripped on one side because it was too big for the bed. Also they required a $100.00 deposit that was not mentioned in the booking process through booking.com. If you rent 405 there is no iron or board in the room or hair dryer but everything else was wonderful.

  : Booked a queen bed with full size fridge, stove etc. was supposed to have seating area etc. But we were told once we got there thatThe room wasn’t available so we were bumped down to a regular single queen bed with mini fridge and microwave with two chairs total in the whole room. We booked the room to have a kids birthday party so they could swim and use room to cool off and take breaks. There were 6 kids and two adults and it was pretty cramped and we didn’t have room for any food or drinks needed for them since we had a tiny mini fridge. Over all just wish we would have gotten what we booked but what can ya do? Oh well. The pool was great, clean, and hardly anyone there using it besides us, so that was a plus.

  : The front desk reception was very polite and welcoming!
  : -Cockroaches in room. -Someone’s hair on the “clean” bath towels.-Damaged bed and rusty bathtub.-AC in first room only got down to 80F. Got moved to another room and room still only got down to around 80F. Couldn’t sleep at night.-People walking around and shooting off fireworks right near the rooms past 11pm.

  : I got a chemical burn from the dishwasher tablets (about 10 I calculated) that were used to sanitize the jacuzzi. Yes, they plop a cascade dishwasher tab into the jacuzzi and call it a day with no regard for actually cleaning or proper sanitization with the proper chemicals. The intake was broken so the tabs were only being tucked up into it and trapped. My scolding hot attempt to relax, after being hospitalized then home being inaccessible I pay for a room, only broke the mass loose and creating a toxic dangerous hour and half soak before I couldn't take it anymore. I assumed the tingling and getting so hot and red almost passed out was due to not feeling well the week prior and ido get to hot quickly in water, but this was a bit extreme I said to my companion, who also became very ill and has recently had major surgery for a colonostomy reversal, he had vomited became very ill and had intense burning thru out scar tissue. I get back in after about an hour cooling down, he doubles over and spends hour on toilet, I can't take the slippery slimy feel it suddenly has and get out after half hour, shower helps the burning subside momentarily. I get bags of ice from office to put on my arms as they are bright red and on fire, explain to office the situation, ask if they use tabs and the head manager laughs and tells me yes, shows me the container then acts as though I'm not standing in front of her visibly burnt and not ok, tells me thanks and walks back to her office. After getting more ice and my friend vomiting again I ask who the owner is they act like they are u aware who runs the motel, I just ask for my money back and state they'll not have to see me again. Its been a month and I'm still burnt skiin peeling and patches here and there on my entire body. Companion has burning sensation on entirety of his scar tissue still.

  : Staff was very friendly.
  : Room was dirty. (Blankets on the bed. Hairs on the sink. Had to walk around the hardwood floors with my sandals on. I could feel stuff sticking to my feet. My feet were black from walking Barefoot on the floors). Building looked like it was falling apart. Definitely an eye sore. Inside and out. Lots of shady people walking around and hanging out. Walked outside and I could smell the weed coming from the room next door. The pillows were very old and very uncomfortable. Almost like laying on a pancake.
