  : Very clean -comfortable!We had everything we needed.Fortunately it's close to bus & shopping because walking is the best way to get atound-- you don't want to give up your parking place because it's a pain to find another one.
  : No parking ?!!!Nice place, but have to pay for parking on the street.Thst was bad enough,but the streets are SO crowded we had to park several blocks away ☹️Also,we were told to check in by 4:00 -5:00 which we did &they were already closed so we couldn't purchase it parking ticket.Luckily we didn't get it ticket.The facility was very nice,but no parking made it very unhandy

  : Really disappointed, furniture in the bedroom dresser drawers broken. No screen on sliding door, furniture in living room uncomfortable, very hot,had to keep fans in the sliding doors to try to keep it comfortable, sleeping wasn't good because it was too hit. I really disliked having to park 3 blocks away and not having designated parking spots for the condos. It was supposed to sleep 6.... way too small. It wasn't worth the price. Won't stay there again.

  : Water drip from ceiling. Moldy ceiling boards. Couldn’t set temperature in room. Sometimes too hot other times too cold. Noisy in bedroom from neighbors noise outside and above. Moving furniture directly above multiple mornings very early.

  : The property is perfectly situated. It’s right in the heart of Aspen and there is no need to rent or bring a car to get around. Restaurants, slopes, bars, bike rentals, City Market, wine store, John Denver Sanctuary, etc. are all within walking distance. Also, we stayed in Condo 101 and the hot-tub was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the layout worked. It’s nice to have separate bathrooms. There was a nice little table and chairs in the patio, off the master bedroom which was nice place to have coffee. Overall, it was a cute and conveniently located condo.
  : We picked condo 101 because it was available and at a lower nightly rate. I think the lower rate and availability were due to the lack of light the unit receives. But, we weren’t staying inside all day so the lack of sunlight wasn’t an issue for us. Also, the condo decor is a little outdated but it was still comfortable. There are a lot of light switches in the condo too but only a few are labeled. And the ones with labels are mislabeled. But no big deal. Also, there are ants in the bathrooms but that could just be due to being on the bottom floor as bad the warmer weather. Please note that there is NO parking. Potential travelers should know that - no matter what this site states or they tell you on the phone- there is no parking. Upon arrival, I was told that the only parking available was for Condo owners. So, if you have a car, there is no way to reserve parking ahead of time (no matter what it says on this site or what the property tells you). You will have to park on the street, a few blocks away. Also, there is a “cleaning” staff. They did not show up every day? I am not sure why. Also, when they did show up, they did not replace the TP. So you might want to ask the front deck ahead of time for a couple of rolls of TP to carry you through your week. All the little conveniences and lack of parking and other issues aside, the location of this property makes it all worth it. I would stay here again.

  : Dark. Outside covered walkway light was out. Inside lighting was confusing, needs to be brighter. Would be nice to turn the Murphy bed into an actual room.
