: Great location in Assisi. Very large, comfortable room. Hostess met us and explained everything we needed to know.
: Nothing to report. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast we have come to expect with lots of packaged items.

: The location was centrally located the heart of Assisi. Owner was kind enough to explain a walking tour of Assisi and the highlights of the major sights. Breakfast was basic and self serving in the kitchen.
: The booking said there was a balcony, but the room didn't have one. There was a gate below our window that squeaked when opened.

: Fabio was a fantastic, friendly, and generous host! He met us at the apartment at check in, he left snacks and breakfast items for us for the duration of our stay, and he arranged the taxi to pick us up from the train station when we arrived. The location was perfect, the apartment was charming and full of history (even an original Roman arch!) and we will always consider it our home in Assisi!
: The fan offered to us didnt work and the shower door didnt close properly, so it always got the floor wet. But there were plenty of towels provided (enough for us to have clean towels to use and others to clean up the floor), and the apartment naturally stayed a very comfortable temperature, so if thats all we have to complain about, thats pretty darn good!

: Modern comforts, large room, outdoor patio, in a Medieval building with an ancient Roman arch! Owners were terrific in meeting our needs. Location right by Santa Chiara in the old section of beautiful Assisi.
  : Nothing--it was great.

  : The beautiful room.
: The shower needed some repair. The bed was bouncy and noisy.

: The location, very close to the centre of town. Our room was absolutely beautiful - Roman arch and mediaeval roof! Guiseppina was very helpful when we arrived.
: No air-conditioning in the room. Luckily it wasn't too hot but still difficult to sleep. Other rooms did have air-conditioning but due to the age of the walls within our room they couldn't install one.
