  : The Hotel was closed for renovation and the phone was disconnected so i couldn't get a hold of anyone to get my money back. Booking.com didn't mention anything about it being closed and advertised under false pretense. I need someone from booking.com to call me to discuss this situattion.

  : On July 23rd @ promptly 4pm we drove to the property to check in. We were met with literally no property!!! The motel completely gutted and total renovations under way. No staff in sight only construction workers. Needless to say we were totally caught off guard and never notified. We had an event in the area that we paid a couple hundred dollars for. And due to that event even in neighboring towns everywhere was booked and there was no availability. We wasted an hour trying to find any availability anywhere we were lucky to get 1 last room in San Luis Obispo. So we left Atascadero and drove to San Luis Obispo. When our event was in Paso Robles we were so crunched for time and got a major late start. Luckily we have not been charged would have been another major upset as we would have to fight that charge as well. This almost ruined our whole trip. DO BETTER COLONY INN AND DO BETTER BOOKING!!!!!!
