: Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, spacious and the food was delicious. It was a great base for our mini stay with the kids. The kids received free ice cream and colouring pencils on arrival. The waitress/bar staff were very nice. The kids LOVED the facilities including the play area Kardio Kids. Such a novelty right in the hotel for them.
: We had requested a room in the quiet section of the hotel prior to arrival as we have children with additional needs. Unfortunately the noise from the gym (weights and skipping and heavy weighted ropes thumping) happens from 6.30am until 10pm. This can be heard as there is also a balcony on the gym right below room 225. where we were. This is a separate company but the receptionist thanked us for the information and advised that she would speak to them as the hotel considers those rooms the quieter side of the hotel. We just advised that if they have families with children with additional needs such noise would be something to be mindful of. We were just staying the one night but a longer stay wouldve caused disturbances for the kids. She was extremely supportive and understanding and asked to give feedback to the manager which we will do.

: The hotel appearance is lovely with lots of cosy seating areas. The hotel staff were very friendly. The bedroom was very clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was good.
: Food service was slow in the bar. The swimming pool was being serviced during our stay so was out of order but to be fair they emailed us in advance and phoned us to let us know so we knew in advance.

: Comfy shower nice pool and steam roomI like the big walk in shower
: Staff almost always cut me off in talking. They were blunt half the time.no useable sockets near bed barely enough toilet paper to get through the days. Food is expensive for what it is. Hottub was not warm and no info was given that we actually needed a lock to lock the lockers. Coffee in room was not drinkable and for the kettle to be plugged in you had to force the cable in a weird way.
