  : Great location, that's the reason we chose the place. Breakfast mediocre, but we weren't expecting too much. Nice little balcony with lots of plants. Couple of cats for company ! Plenty of eateries within few minutes walk. Cheap car park 50 metres from the apartment.
  : Wasn't easy to gain entry. Would have been nicer if the owner was there to meet us. We had to find the booking form, find the phone number, and ring. First time wasn't answered, tried alternative number to be told it did not exist. Tried first number again and this time was answered. Had to wait on street for keys to arrive.

  : Roomy, comfortable, quiet, very close to pedestrianised restaurant street, shortish walk to metro station. The little garden was a haven to sit out in. George the owner was very flexible and helpful with arrangements.
  : The shower was tricky to use without flooding the bathroom.

  : On the booking.com states clearly it accepts only cash but we made the reservation really fast ( due to a health related situation ) and we didn't noticed that on time! The booking was for my wife and my two daughters aged 7 and 5. The host demanded them to pay in advance ONLY in cash when they arrived at the apartment without giving them any receipt ( he said he has forgotten the receipt book)! No credit card was accepted, no direct bank transfer was accepted either not other form of electronic payment. I have called him personally asked him if we could pay with any other form of payment, and he refused. I have stated that I could make an immediate bank transfer to his bank account and he said that he didn't remember his bank account! Furthermore, we asked him if they could pay him on cash on the morning before leaving and he refused. The only viable solution was for them (my wife and my two daughters) to find an ATM at 23:00 to withdraw some cash to pay in cash! On the next day, after we left the apartment, he notified booking.com that we didn't checked-in and he reported our reservation as a no-show! Smells like tax evasion at its finest! Behaviors like this one are really a disgrace to the short term rental market. We will proceed with a formal complaint on the appropriate tax authorities.

  : We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood is nice, there are plenty of restaurants and you can go walking to the city center or the metro connection is good as well. The apartment is nice and with everything needed. The owner was very attentive.
  : I would suggest more variety for breakfast, adding some milk or fruit would be nice.
