  : -The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. -The hotel was at the very center of the city so it was very close to everywhere by walking. -The staff was very helpful and nice.
  : -It was very loud inside and outside the hotel. Because of the nearby bars and coffee shops, you hear their music and noise both during the week and in the weekend. There are complimentary the earplugs in the room but they don't do much. Inside the hotel was also loud because I stayed on the first floor and all of the speaking down at the lobby/entrance area came right to my room. They close the door at night for safety, which is great, but when people leave early in the morning or come very late at night, all of that door banging plus the noise of the people in the hallway kept waking me up. So I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel if you are looking forward to a quiet time. -The safe under the bed was locked and so I couldn't use it -The hairdryer stopped working after 15 seconds -It would be nice to have some complimentary water in the room.
