  : Excellent location, near popular metro station, not far from main tourists attractions, safe streets. The appartment has everything tourist needs - kitchen, freezer, microwave, washing machine, AC. Also there is a nice loggia, with a view of a city, suitable for having breakfasts. it is not noisy at night, a lot of cafes and convenience shops around. It has nice cozy feel of an old european place, but renovated and modern.
  : Tiny narrow elevator, hard to move any baggage or stroller wtih it.

  : The floor is rotting, in certain locations I felt it sink when I stepped on it (in front of the balcony window). The living room chair/couch was the most uncomfortable Ive ever sat on. Bathroom light not fully working

  : - Nice location- Balcony is nice, even though we did not use it- Apartment is generally nice and well equipped
  : On arrival, somehow owners thought that we booked apartment for 3rd(instead of 2nd), so when we came it was not ready. They offered us another apartment 15min drive from the place, but I refused as my girl was sick and wanted to get something very close. I got hotel, which was 2min from the building(Oniro city), and it was very nice, but it was expensive as I needed a room for the same day.This was very frustrating and not the best way to start a holiday. Owners refunded us one night stay, which of course did not match the price I had to pay for one night in hotel. BTW. I still didnt receive the refund :(.I felt they could do more for the whole situation, but they didnt.Beside that:- It was cold in the apartment. You need to keep heater on all the time, while you sleep, in order not to feel cold(Januaru)- Dishes could be cleaned better- No one replaced sheets/blankets for 7days (I suppose you need to make a request)

  : The apartment is very clean and comfortable and in a nice and safe area. It would be my choice if it wasn't for the elevator issue. Classy Luminous, the operator were marvelous and they have done their best to help including offering two other apartments to relocate, and they followed up positively throughout. Great service.
  : The single elevator broke down for 7 days of my 8 day stay, and the apartment is on the 5th floor. I went for a vacation, but turned into a marathon. I would caution against the risk of elevator breakdown and inability of the apartment operator to fix it timely.
