: Location was excellent and everything we wanted to see was on our door step.Decor was classy and comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good and no complaints.
: Upon check-in front of house lady (Miss Marianne) was quite grumpy and we felt like a burden and quite unwelcome - her first words were 'I need one passport'. Breakfast wasn't great as certain items listed weren't served to us such as fruit, whilst they were served to other guests in front of us. Also the lady of the house just ignored us and didn't even say good morning.Due to how unwelcome we felt we hesitated to reach out to the Miss Marianne for example for toiletries or to alert her about the whirring sound the AC in the basement room was making.There happen to be some travel uncertainty due to general strikes, and the front of house provided minimal support and guidance which was shocking compared to other hotels we stayed with in Greece. We were told that there were no rooms for us in the event we needed them however when looking online there was availablity of the master suite - our feeling is the front house of lady felt we either couldn't afford the suite or we didn't fit her view of guests. In all honesty my husband and myself have never been treated like this - it was a disgusting experience and noble suites should consider the tone they set by treating guests like this. Perhaps the front of house lady didn't particularly like the look of us for whatever reason...

: The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions, just 5 min away from Acropolis. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The ladies at the reception were fantastic- gave us tips and made everything possible to feel welcome. Very clean premises everywhere.
: Our suite was under the street level and the windows were a bit small. As a result the room was too dark, but it doesn't matter too much if you spent your day outside.
