  : front desk staff were very helpful, tending to our requests and helping us get suitcases in and out of the facility. Facility was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent.
  : Uncomfortable bed, too hard. I think people in Greece must like to sleep on rocks, all the beds were hard. There was not enough room to set up a second suitcase, we had to store it in the closet. There is a ramp from the alley into the hotel. It is very tricky to hold onto your luggage, open the door and get into the place. Maybe a throw back from an earlier reconstruction, but it was treacherous. Front desk DID come and help, this is a necessity. The alley that the hotel is located on is filthy. dirty water and trash on the sidewalk, which is very small, heavy fast moving traffic down the alley, and 4 or 5 oversized trash bins on the corner - all overflowing with stinky trash that we had to pass on our way out of the hotel to any of the places we went to see, "Not my job" seems to be the local motto in Athens. but if this was my hotel, I'd be figuring out how to deal with the trash situation.

  : my first stay at the O&B was in 2016 and it feels like the standard has dropped since then. The bed was not as comfortable, the curtains don't keep out all the light, the tv wasn't that easy to use, the breakfast wasn't as good quality

  : Marketing pics were old did reflect 2 things that were important to me: restaurant on site and rooftop with Acropolis view. I realize there was no technical violation of fair marketing, but I think the website could be updated. Noisy street noise - lnvest in soundproof windows. Also, the door to the patio did not lock.
