  : We did not have hot water even after following the instructions and switching on the boiler and waiting for 20-30 min.The rooms were smaller than waht we are used to but you could have a good sleep

  : After a late arrival after midnight, we had agreed a 2.00pm check out to allow our party of eight (inc an elderly lady), so we did not have to carry luggage around for hours until our taxi. the host said yes and than at 10.00am we were messaged they had a booking and we needed to vacate by 11.00am for cleaners. The host agreed to allow us to leave the cases, but when we got back at 2.00pm the cleaners had not been so clearly there were no guests after us to check in at 3.00pm and the excuse was a fabrication!

  : Pros: The price was very good for an accomodation for 7 people. Indeed, the apartment can comfortably hold 3 couples in 3 rooms, with queen size bed each. The beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms are a definite plus when you are housing that many people. It has AC in all the rooms. The cleaning person did a great job, in the short time she had, to provide clean bedsheets and to clean the bathrooms. The neighbourhood is lovely, but is in no way central. You depend on the metro. So much so that the taxi from the airport had a hard time finding the building (while using the GPS!). They let us check out 2 hours later. This is the reason I am giving them a 4 and not a 2.
  : Cons: It is neiter Deluxe nor Central. The check in was a disaster. My family was left out in the heat for hours. We dehydrated and felt sick, because the host was incapable of providing access to the keys as was agreed beforehand. Their office is far from the appartment and they have no means to offer you help quickly if a problem arises. While the sheets the cleaning person provided were clean, the blankets were revoltingly dirty. The kitchen appliances were dirty as well. The furniture in the living room and on the roof was old, dirty, and torn. There were no instructions, as we usually find when we rent an apartment. We had to ask about every silly little thing: where to hang clothes? How to turn on the AC? Some things we were figuring out by ourselves, like were to throw out the rubbish, or where to eat. The apartment has an incredible potential--it is a big property with terraces and lovely views--but it needs to get a deep cleaning and the check in process needs to be corrected.
