  : World class bar right across the street from the hotel, Baba Au Rum. Easy walk to everyplace worth going (for a history buff). Vibrant neighborhood. Amazing view from the rooftop deck: straight at the Acropolis.
  : The toilet seat was broken and it took SIX days to get it fixed. Weird noises in the walls.

  : The location of the hotel is perfect, close to some great restaurants, shopping and accessible to main tourist sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly and advised of an excellent restaurant for dinner and arranged for a transfer to the airport without fuss. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.
  : Unfortunately the room was above the street and it was extremely noisy until about 3am, even the earplugs didn't help. It is such a pity as the hotel itself is really lovely. In saying this, our friend's room was on the side and they didn't hear the noise. I strongly suggest management need to look at this issue.

  : We had some noise coming from the building next to the hotel, probably a lift. Only during the day.

  : We stayed at Enattica Suites for two nights. An accident happened on the first night when my boyfriend was about to take a shower, he slipped and hit the glass door. It broke into thousands of pieces and fell all over him. He got over 30 cuts on his face, shoulder, arms and legs, and was bleeding everywhere. It took him some time to get up from the broken glass pieces. Then I called the staff to come and help. He only asked "what happened?" And cleaned up some pieces (not all) on the floor. He neither even asked how he was, nor did he mention how he could help him. I had to ask him for bandages and he brought some and left without saying a word. We stayed for another night in the same room as the staff said the hotel was full. By the time we left the staff asked us to pay for the broken glass. He said the hotel paid half and we were responsible for the other half. We ended up paying 80. The hotel had no responsibility on their slippery floor and the staff only cared about charging for the glass ignoring all the injuries. It was our first day in Athen and our mood was totally spoiled. I do not recommend this hotel to any travellers.
