  : Charged $55 a day for mandatory valet parking no other parking available. Free parking were 4 parking in front of the hotel or at your own discretion to find and walk back to the hotel.

  : It had nice places to sit next to the swimming pool.
  : We called specifically to ask about parking because the website said valet was $55. The receptionist said, verbatim, "parking is included in the stay" and "the parking lot is right next to the building" and it's only $55 if you valet. After we drove 8 hours to get there we find out that the valet parking lot is next to the building and the only other parking is street parking in downtown Atlanta. I'm a disabled veteran with twin toddlers, we had to valet at that point.We requested via email, 2 pack n' plays and got a confirmation via email. We never received them. The luggage carts were scattered thru the hotel and I had to hunt for 30 minutes to find one when we wanted to leave (couldn't find one during check in). Everytime I brought up an issue with the staff (that every other decent hotels I've stayed in would have addressed on the spot), they would smile and give me their managers business card and say "You can email him and he might respond today, otherwise he should be here tomorrow. Oh yeah, the water from the faucet tasted like chemicals the ac couldn't be adjusted and the toilet barely flushed. We will never stay here again.

  : The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Dust around and behind the mirror. Some updating of the bathroom, cracks on walls; furniture in bedroom- lamp missing screw, small closet and TV stand outdated.

  : It was nice on the inside, nice looking clean room with well equipped kitchen.
  : The bed was extremely uncomfortable, way over priced, terrible water temp and pressure, no pillows for pull out bed and front desk said “we’re sold out, I may have one” which took over an hour to be brought up. 3 towels for 4 people, and parking is $55 a day which is ridiculous
