  : Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location is excellent in the hotel overall is quite modern and well maintained. I will be staying there again!
  : On their booking.com platform, it could be more easily marked that you can have your parking fees bundled with the room at the front desk. Also, my room was also listed to come with a microwave but did not have a microwave.

  : The pillows were comfortable, the view was amazing! Everything was clean. Loved the shower.
  : My bed had 2 flat sheets instead of a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. I had to ask for hand soap for the sink. There were only 2 pods for coffee and no creamer.But the biggest thing was the restaurant was not prepared for a convention. Went there for lunch and I ended up having to leave without eating because #1 had no one come up to us when we were sitting at a booth and still had to flag someone down just to get water and #2 took a long time just to get our orders taken. My SO didn't even get his fish. He ended up bringing my food into the room and eating it himself. Also, I was told that if I checked out early that they would make sure I got a refund even tho I booked it thru booking. We left 2 days early because the event was over on Saturday.

  : Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel was great. Loved the rooftop.
  : When we went for the complimentary wine at happy hour, we were told that the white wine it was locked up and nobody had the key. Bar manager was supposed to come in at 3:30pm to open the cabinet. Bar staff were very apologetic but could not do anything. When we mentioned it to front desk people, they were a little condescending.
