  : Rooms were big and clean. Location was good for our purposes. Car parking space was good, no problem to find a spot for our car. We requested late check-out in the morning and were allowed. Swimming pool was clean.
  : Swimming pool was not available for three first days due to some maintenance. We were requesting rooms next to each other but this did not happen.

  : There was nothing to like there. More regrets that i never had in my life. I regret my money, could have gone somewhere else , instead of paying my money tobe embarrased. This is a 0/10
  : From the day we arrived, we experienced bad customer service at the reception with an incredibly rude attitude. The next day, we did not receive housekeeping service, and we were told that on Wednesdays and Thursdays, the housekeeping staff doesn't work. This is the first time I've ever heard of such a policy at a so-called Sheraton hotel. I deeply regret spending my money only to be treated so poorly.Breakfast was included in our reservation, but every morning we had to explain ourselves to the attendant at the restaurant entrance, which became extremely embarrassing. Our names or room number were never on the list, making it seem like we were trying to sneak in for a free breakfast. This was despite the fact that breakfast was supposed to be included. On the last day, to avoid further embarrassment, we didn't even go to the restaurant for breakfast.I don't know if it was Booking.com who lied to us about the breakfast inclusion or if it was due to the hotel's poor management. This experience was utterly humiliating. BAD EXPERIENCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.Booking.com needs to be honest with customers because I did not pay to be embarrassed like this.Honestly, I deeply regret choosing this Sheraton hotel. My son was furious with me because this so-called Sheraton was dirty, poorly maintained, and offered terrible services.Booking.com misled us with clean pictures that did not reflect the actual state of the hotel. I felt like I was staying in a rundown motel, not a Sheraton. I am extremely unhappy and will never return there.

  : Hotel was nice and room was comfy! It’s a 20 minute car ride to downtown, so if you’re looking to go to the aquarium or the coca cola museum keep in mind it’s 20 minutes and depending on the hour you can get a lot of traffic. Staff was super great. I forgot some personal things and I called and they were nice enough to box them up for UPS to take and mail it home to me! I’m so grateful!!
  : Shower needs a little more caring. It wasn’t dirty but It needs some fixing.
