  : We didn’t have breakfast, also I said bc I thought they had a indoor pool. Pool was closed. And the rooms wasn’t as showed on line

  : I couldn’t contact staff for a broken toilet and lite fixture. We couldn’t order room service or anything staff wasn’t available the phone was broken until the morning even than we couldn’t contact them. The decor was out dated for a newly renovated property!!!

  : I had 2 rooms cause I booked the other later. The 1st was really nice. The 2nd one was also nice.

  : The location is great!
  : However, the Bourbon tower rooms are not worth the price to stay. You're basically paying for the convenience of the boardwalk. The hotel itself is okay, tons of kids and teens stuff. However, there's very little for adults, unless you want to stay at the bar all day. ( I don't). The icemakers does not work, and the front desk was not sure which floors had working icemakers. We had to find d out from the gift shop worker. The rooms were okay, dirty carpet, and stained furniture. The worst thing, no discount for the waterpark, or at least we weren't told.Bottom line: if the Showboat want to compete with other non-casino hotels, then they have a lot of work to do. Stop focusing on kid friendly, and start putting money into the hotel itself, it's looking a bit old. Maybe add a piano Lounge for adults,

  : conneted to the boardwalk tbe water park I did not like the prices of the water park the arcade was good
  : one elavators working waiting on the 11th floor for 2 hours know one answered the phone at 6am about breakfasr the cart maneger was so rude and my reservation was not the room I book I book water front .
