  : there were roaches all over and we checked in came back an hour later and roaches were everywhere. we did not stay there at all but the owner charged us for one night and id love to be fully refunded. This hotel is not a good place period. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even a dog.

  : I booked about a month before the concert at the casino through booking.com my money was paid. I get to the hotel the day of check in,there was folks waiting and being told there were no more rooms available,regardless if you had reservations or not.So not only did I drive about 2 hours and end up with no where to stay there were other families that did the same thing.They tried to accommodate us by sending us 30 minutes out the way. I was already having second thoughts because the reviews were bad but I wanted to see for myself and plus everywhere else was booked.Never again

  : Nothing. Booked three months prior and when I was checking in, the guy told me the room I booked was no longer available.
  : Everything. Beds weren’t good, AC did not work and they gave us two towels for a whole family. When I tried to get more, the employee was gone less than 20 minutes of me leaving the front desk for check in.
