  : about the only good thing I can say is at least the A/C worked good in our room.
  : I stayed here with my wife and two young grandchildren who were greatly looking forward to the pool. After we checked in we noticed the water in the pool was swamp green. We were told they were working on it and the pool would be open soon, it was not! We had to travel 45 min. away to a water park and pay for the kids to swim. In our room we had only 2 towels and washcloths total even though we had 4 people and we were told thats all we would get for our 2 night stay. Also the complementary breakfast is a joke. And the location was not in a very good part of town.

  : The fridge didn’t work. There were no towels. The bed was hard. The room was Smokey and smelled like something was burning. Room wasn’t that clean and nice

  : This is the hotel you have nightmares about. Looks good online but is not. My partner and I were on the road and stopping for the night and I booked an hour and a half before we arrived. We checked in, and took our bags up to our room. When we opened the door I was immediately hit with the strongest mildew smell I’ve ever smelt. There was not one clean and unstained surface in sight. Everything was filthy. The bed was the most horrifying part. The mattress and the sheets, pillow cases and blanket were filthy. Had stains from who knows what. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was stained and mildew. Tub was disgusting. The cloth armchair in the room had more disgusting staining all over it. This room was dirty dirty…like you would have to not clean a space for a long time to let it get this filthy. It was horrific. We immediately booked at the Red Roof Inn nearby and left. Were there a total of 20 minutes. The front desk lady said we had to call and talk to a manager in the morning to get a refund. I called and was told he had stepped out and could take a message. I left a message and was told he should be back in around lunch. Called at 2 p.m. and I was told he was still out, “renovating a room”. I said “well I think he should REALLY take my call”. The front desk lady asked again to take a message even though she’d taken it this morning. I don’t think she ever wrote anything down. Gave my info to her and waited another hour. Called back and once again got the “you can leave a message” schpeel. I ended up just hanging up and filing a dispute with booking. Hoping they can resolve it or I will dispute it with my bank. We were there 20 minutes and booked an hour before arrival. This was a last minute reservation and we did not stay, I am not paying for that. Especially when it seems like a horrible business.
