  : Not many options for non pork eater. Didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room which was very inconvenient to have to go to the lobby

  : We typically stay at another H or M brand, thought we'd try Hyatt. We would never again...-The pool was closed during our stay. During check in, we were advised to use it the next morning but it still was closed the following day. No compensation given by the hotel about this issue.-Both of the room keys were deactivated by the morning, and my husband asked a housekeeper to open the door for him (the rest of us were sleeping in the room), and they let him in using their master key without any sort of verification whatsoever.-We were given a room right by the staircase, housekeeping closet, and the ice machine. The ice machine is not properly maintained/closed (cover missing) and was very noisy the entire night keeping us awake.-I have never seen at any other hotels where the employees pile up their own plates while the lobby is full of customers during breakfast hours.

  : The location. However there are plenty of hotel options all around that would have been just as convenient.
  : When we arrived, we ended up in a down graded room and not the room we booked. We addressed with the front desk and they said they were overbooked so nothing they could do. Fought to switch to another room the next day. Delayed, repacking was an inconvenience and then our shower head and sink faucet didn’t work properly. Pillows and towels were in short supply. The rooms are very dated, water damage on ceilings and overall doesn’t fit with Hyatt standard from other places we have stayed. Our last night someone played with the fire extinguisher and set off the emergency alarm at 4am…everyone had to be evacuated. We noticed a high volume of young adults running up and down the halls..yelling, being rude. There was no security to help mitigate behaviour. As a guest, not acceptable don’t feel safe.

  : The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from getting us extra coffee, pillows, and blankets, as well as greating us each time they saw them around the facilities.
  : We were told Hyatt was having a system wide issue so often our keys didn't work to get into our rooms, or the pool, so we'd have to walk down to the front desk to get our keys reset. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. It being summer, there were quite a few people staying at the hotel for weddings, and as such, around 11pm the halls were loud with talking and doors slamming.

  : The bed. The size of the room. Price and location to for our shopping weekend.
  : The room had stains on the floors and the bathroom was not properly cleaned as it had hairs on the shower which I cleaned myself. A place to stay for tournament teams and families, but I won’t return as a couple wanting to have a relaxing stay.
