  : The facility itself was clean and fresh. Breakfast included many options, and we were pleased.
  : According to the posted info at booking.com and my confirmation email, our room included a king bed and a sofa bed. I booked the room for myself plus my three children. Upon arrival, the room only had a king bed. According to customer service at booking.com, it’s the responsibility of the hotel to keep info up to date and accurate. So Holiday Inn Express and Suites really let me down. Thankfully, they did find a roll-away bed to put in our room, but we still had to sleep 3 people in one bed, which is not the arrangement I paid for. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for quite the inconvenience, which ultimately fell on them as the party responsible. I would not book this hotel again because you cannot trust that the posted information is accurate.
