Disappointing

  : The location was great! It is surrounded by food places, shopping, and just a few blocks from Interstate 90. It's also very close to Austin attractions. If you are just looking for a place to sleep at night, this is a good place to go.
  : The room was much smaller than anticipated. Our room was full of fruit flies and the second night, we killed a big cockroach near the bathroom. The whole place smelled bad. The floor in our room never looked like it was swept. The back door of the hotel was supposed to be locked at all times and should have only been able to be opened with our key card, but it was never locked, you could just pull it open. They only seve cold breakfast. The second morning, they were "out" of almost everything. The front desk staff had poor customer service and seemed preoccupied and not available to help. I was asked to initial a form that said no pets were allowed in the hotel and the second day someone checked in with a huge dog that was not a service animal! Next time I visit ill.pay a little extra for a different place!
