  : The room was very clean and cold
  : The towels were too small, not good quality, the smell at the entrance was bad. The staff was not answering phones at front desk around 9pm, there was no blow dryer in room. Even around 12am no one was at the front desk, there was a sign posted, be back later. I did not like location, didn't feel safe

  : I was able to hear the conversation of the neighbors not necessarily because they talked loud but because there is a door that gives you access to the room next to you, but it’s either the insulation not being good or the building just not being properly made additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There was hair in the shower from a previous occupant and mold, and it looked like bleach has never been used in that shower. I also let the front desk know that I had a late checkout request that that was approved, at 10:30 someone came knocking at the door and stated that we had to leave the room, when I mentioned that we had a late check out she got irritated and said she would have to let her boss know. Front desk and cleaning crew need to communicate better so they’re not disturbing guest.

  : Near the airport, comfy, clean, spacious room.
  : Check in after midnight took along time. Although, the lady was nice, I couldn't communicate with her in English as she spoke a language that I don't speak. We came to know there is breakfast at 10:45 am. We missed it. I'm not mad at her, mad at managment. No coffee maker, no hair dryer.
