  : The location is fine.
  : No AC. The room was very cold and noisy - basically, the cooling system was a hole in a pipe constantly blowing into the room. I had to stuff in some towels to make it less noisy. The owner promised to provide a heater but they never did. The owner gave us a pin code to access the elevator and the building entrance but it was invalid.

  : There was mold in the bathroom, the floor turned our feet black, the bath tub didn’t drain and it felt like I was going to fall through it, the TV only has about 3-5 channels whenever it decides to work. Not worth how much we paid for it.

  : We have serious complaint about our stay at Kasa hotel in Austin so far. It was miserable. First of all, there is the noise of the air conditioner. We could hear the noise of air conditioner even in the hallway outside of the room. We had extreme headache because of the big noise. The only thing we could do was to cover our ears with paper towel. We left the room as early as possible in the morning to avoid the suffering and returned in the evening. Even so, after a few days, we were almost driven crazy by the noise of the air conditioner.It was also painful to take the elevator every morning. It took half an hour for the elevator to stop on our floor. Several times we had to go down the stairs to the 17th floor to catch the elevator.There has been no hot water since the 21st. We had to take a cold shower. On the morning of the 22nd, we left the room later than usual, when the air conditioner suddenly turned off. We thought it only stopped at this time of day, so we didn't care. When we came back in the evening, it was still not working. The windows of the room are closed glass, and the door is also equipped with a sealing strip. if there is no air conditioning, there will be no air flow at all. In less than 10 minutes, we felt the feeling of lack of oxygen. My mother is beginning to find it difficult to breathe. So we called Kasa's customer service number several times. Every customer service staff said they would contact the emergency maintenance team and call us back in 15 minutes. But none of them replied to us on time, and we had to call customer service again, but they said the same thing every time. One of them said someone would come to fix it next week. Soon after, my mother began to have health problems such as a cold sweat. She suffers from high blood pressure and heart disease, so her life is in danger. So we had to leave the room quickly and had to check out.

  : It could be more better if you could put the hardwood floors in the property. The current floor is cold and not smooth.

  : The overall experience was just “eh”… The bed was comfy I guess. But it didn’t smell great.
  : The floors were dirty, the restroom doesn’t have a sink. The ac exhaust leaks into the shower tub and has created a steady line of rust on the tub surround and tub itself. The “Smart TV” they had in the room didn’t even work properly. There’s no plugs next to the night stands, makes it a bit uncomfortable when charging your devices.

  : I liked the space in the 2 bedroom apartment. It had a nice sitting room with TV. The closet had ample space. The wifi was strong and clear.
  : I didn't like the lighting. It was either operating-room bright or dark. There wasn't enough seating in the bedrooms. The kitchen lacked a hot plate. The exterior hallways were dark and prison-like
