  : The best feature of this apartment is it's location. It is a short walk from the Domain.
  : This was suppose to be a surprise gift for a quiet and relaxing getaway for my partner. Unfortunately, the negatives of this apartment started from entry and continued to pile up. Though the booking information list the apartment as "non-smoking" (Which is one of the very reason I booking it, because my partner is PREGNANT), the apartment itself had a very apparently odor of cigarettes. We do not smoke and this was very noticeable as soon as you enter the apartment. Additionally, the bathroom looked decrepit and outdated. The tile on the bathtub was painted over (and peeling off), in what seemed to be an attempt to cover something. She'd wanted to be able to take a bath and relax, but was frankly to scared to do anything other than a quick shower. There isn't much natural light inside, and has a very dark feel to it. It was also located right next to a dog park, which was quite noisy at times. There was also an issue with check-in. While the directions specified the corrected address and apartment number. The address listed on the initial email was different. I used that first email to find the apartment and was punching in the code when to my surprise the door opened and another family was sitting there staring at me in confusion. I had to search back through the communications and realized that there was a different apartment number in the directions, which was the correct on. Overall the photos and information made it seem like this would be a great pick for a comfortable stay, but upon arrival NOTHING about this apartment justified the pricing.
