: A lovely, unusual apartment that harks back to the 1968 Winter Olympics. well equipped with an amazing view of the former ski jump hill. Autrans is very pleasant and there are plenty of good walks and trekking paths in the nearby hills. Parking access was excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and even found and sent on a very valuable item that we left behind.
: There is no lift. Communication via booking.com didnt work, telephone is the only effective method but the reception opening hours were not always convenient for us.

: One of the worst experiences ever. The location was the only good thing, but there are much better choices in Autrans.
: One of the worst experiences we had in a long time. We booked a stay here mainly because of the pool. Unfortunately, this was closed without notice. On Booking.com, it said it would be closed from 27 Aug 2022, but it was already closed in June 2022. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a price list of what all we had to pay if we break things (0,50 for a knife, 1 for a cup etc). We were supposed to clean everything, but even for the washing up liquid we would have to pay. It doesn't surprise me the previous person hide their dirty dishes in the cupboards, but it was very annoying for us. Especially because there was no one at the reception from Tuesday evening when we noticed, until Thursday morning. Absolutely ridicioulous surcharge for dogs 65 for 3 nights. No proper bed sheets provided, not even a shower mat (you have to rent it for 2). A money trap that doesn't at all care about if guests have a good time. We'll never come back.
