  : There was nothing to love out there - the hotel was tiny, old and badly maintained. The location was the only one good thing
  : It was worst hotel I ever stayed in terms of management, service, look, functionality. There was no WiFi in the room at all time and no matter how many time we came to complain (we needed to stay connected due to work related issues), nothing was done. At the reception were young girls who couldn’t help and didn’t have skills to even try to handle outages. The hotel was old. Air condition was old, loud and the rooms were tiny and cluster-phobic. The reception of the hotel was shut down at 6 and we couldn’t get anyone to help us with the internet. The receptionist didn’t even tell us she is going to close office before giving us some kind of solution for us after being totally disconnected (there is no regular cell reception as well). We tried to call the manager but he never called us back. We paid 414$ dollars for one single night and eventually we had to check out before even trying to sleep - we basically left around 8 at the evening after we realized no one care out there. The hotel tiny, stuffed, badly maintained, small rooms with very old equipment. It was disgraceful. We asked for reimbursement from both Booking and the hotel manager(Charlie) and we haven’t got any response beside Booking’s rep telling us there is nothing they can do about it. My worst experience by far - even the bath is old and tiny. My recommendation- Do Not spend a dime on this hotel - you’ll regret it if you’ll do (unless you really don’t care and you just want a pillow under your head).
