: Convenient location to Avignon city center. The room is clean as well and exactly the same as pictures and our expectation. Ill stay here when I have a opportunity to come Avignon again.

: The apartment itself was nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed for our week long stay (we enjoyed the Nespresso machine). Comfortable dining table with plenty of space for the two of us. Smart Tv was nice addition for a rainy evening in. The location was easy walking distance to a lot of sites and restaurants.
: When we checked into the apartment for our stay, we arrived to a dirty/unmade apartment. Due to a mix up, the cleaners did not come after the previous couple checked out. Luckily, the host was able to get someone over quickly on a Saturday evening. We were very appreciative of the promptness and ability to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed and still some issues with cleanliness of floors, towels and couch area. Foul/musty odor from the shower room that we could not get rid of. The Wi-Fi worked well in the living room area but basically non-existent in the bedroom area. Not an issue for us, but important to note there is not an elevator and there are stairs to get to the units. Location was convenient, but didnt feel like the safest area after dark. Lastly, the entrance door to the building is a heavy metal door that slams LOUDLY. This is an issue when the walls are thin and your neighbors are coming in/out all hours of the night (1am-6am) allowing it to slam repeatedly.

: the house is clean with a big space, very clean and has a well functioned kitchen, in a good location 10 minutes walk to train station and near shopping area everything is near the place.
: Small bathroom which has no proper block of water, easy to get the bathroom floor wet after shower. and the owner doesnt respond fast I had to contact them two or three times before they respond, and not very fluent in English
