  : The worst customer service I have ever encountered.Hostnfly requested info prior to arrival and said it was mandatory but the link they sent didn't work. No one to greet on arrival, no wi f code provided. Chased it up and was given the info on day 2, but the network listed could not be found. Sheets for the second bed were not provided and host was non contactable at 4.30. Booking. com advised us to purchase sheets. We waited until 7 pm to see if they would be delivered as still no word from host, walked 15 minutes, bought sheets, returned to apartment, trudged up to the 4th floor for the second time to check and sheets were there so had to trudge back to return the purchased sheets, luckily for full refund. Even a simple confirmation from the host that they would supply them would have avoided this hassle. Noticed day 2 that the smoke alarm had been removed at some stage from the base. Asked for confirmation that there was a working smoke alarm as no evidence of an alternative system. Still no reply and we checked out yesterday. Bearing in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor, is very old and has one entrance / exit this is a huge concern.Communal hall dark, dirty and smelly.Never again, there are better options for similar money. A shame as the apartment could be great with even a little more care from the host
