  : Nothing first night we found roaches and the sheets on the bed were stained. On the last day the housekeeper started cleaning the room and we noticed that the whole bed was stained after she removed the blanket and sheets.

  : I stayed at Buget Inn t Avon park, Fl. When I checked in the office was locked. I had to ring a doorbell to get the office open. I was so busy getting the door open that I did not realize there was a step up. I tripped and fell flat on my front, catching myself with mt knees and my hands. There was no caution or warning about the step up. There was no yellow caution. The clerk saw me fall but did not come out of his cage to check on me. My husband had to pick me up. I asked for ice. He had none. My husband had to go to the other end of the motel and then, ice cost .25 for a bucket. The clerk did nothing to help me. We reserved a king suite and paid ahead of time, but he said there were none available. We had to settle for two queens. When we got in the room, it was dirty. The baseboards were covered with dirt. Paint was peeling on the doors and door frames. The mattress pads were stained yellow. The wash cloths were stained yellow. There were stains on the bathroom walls. The sink stopped up.
