  : I was charged $675.09 for the stay instead of $608 as in the Booking agreement. Two months and 4 phone calls later I have yet to be refunded the difference as was promised by Booking.com

  : This particular condo had just been remodeled. It was beautiful and spacious. The location--just adjacent to the river--made it even more beautiful. Like being out in the woods.
  : Access to our unit was delayed by several hours because the door lock was broken. It took several hours to get it open but the repair could not be made till the next morning which meant that once we got into the condo we could not leave it until the next day because we would've been locked out. Confident this was a one-off and staff did everything they could. But we do think we should have been compensated for this loss of full use of the condo for nearly a full day.
