  : This is an old hotel on the biggest intersection in Ayia Napa. The walls and windows are paper-thin. You can hear noisy cars and motorcycles all night long. Prepare for a bad night's sleep. In addition, the cleaning of the bathroom/kitchen is poor..you'll find multiple insects/cockroaches. I reserved 4 nights, but left after 1 night..they refused to refund the other nights

  : Cheerful, helpful reception staff available at all hours. Room was larger than I expected, with several windows. The bathroom was clean, spacious and airy with a window and strong, hot shower. The property is quite picturesque, with lots of plants and flowers blooming everywhere. The rooms overlook the pool area, but on a weekend at the end of March it was very quiet even though the receptionist mentioned they were fully booked. Private parking inside the premises.
  : As many reviewers mentioned, the floor cleaners do a really shoddy job. Under the table and along the sides of the room, there was hair, dirt and mop stains. When the description mentions a "balcony", it may still be a ground floor room with a patio.

  : It's as shown in the pictures, 2 rooms, kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals. The pool is nice and there are lots of plants so you don't feel you are in the middle of town. Location is very central but I guess in high season it might get noisy
  : The fridge was a bit smelly and they don't provide you with detergent for washing the dishes or any kitchen cloths. On one side you are across the street from a parking place so you hear the cars coming in and out
